Wine Refunds

We want you to love every bottle you receive. If a wine arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, we’ll make it right, usually through store credit.


When You’re Eligible


You can request a refund or store credit if:

  • The wine is damaged or broken in transit

  • You received the wrong bottle

  • The wine is corked or faulty

  • You just plain don't like it!


How to Request a Refund

  1. Email help@winedrops.co.uk 

  2. Include photos of the damaged or faulty bottle (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your case and respond within 3 business hours.


Refund Type

  • We credit the value of the bottle as store credit that you can use towards your next purchase.

  • Full refunds to your original payment method may be issued if store credit isn’t suitable.
