When You’re Eligible
You can request a refund or store credit if:
The wine is damaged or broken in transit
You received the wrong bottle
The wine is corked or faulty
You just plain don't like it!

Include photos of the damaged or faulty bottle (if applicable).
Our team will review your case and respond within 3 business hours.
Refund Type
We credit the value of the bottle as store credit that you can use towards your next purchase.
Full refunds to your original payment method may be issued if store credit isn’t suitable.
