Refund policy for membership fees


At Winedrops, we offer a 48-hour grace period from the time of purchase. During this window, you can request a full, no-questions-asked refund of your membership fee.


How it works:

  • You have 48 hours from your purchase time to request a refund
  • Refunds are processed automatically with no questions asked
  • Your membership is cancelled immediately upon refund request
  • Refunds typically appear in 5-7 business days


After 48 hours, refunds are not available, but you’ll retain access until the end of your billing period. This ensures fairness to all members and transparency around activation.

Why you may not be eligible for a refund


Refunds aren’t available if:

  • You’ve already made purchases or used exclusive offers as part of your plan

  • More than 48 hours have passed since paying your membership fee
