At Winedrops, we offer a 48-hour grace period from the moment your membership fee is charged. If you request a refund within this 48-hour window, you are fully eligible for a no-questions-asked refund.
How it works:
- You have 48 hours from the time you were billed to request a full refund.
- Refunds are processed automatically with no questions asked
- Your membership is cancelled immediately upon refund request
- Refunds typically appear in 5-7 business days
After 48 hours, refunds are not available, but you’ll retain access until the end of your paid billing period. This ensures fairness to all members and transparency around activation.
How to request a refund
To request a membership refund (within 48 hours of being charged):

- Log in using the same email address or phone number you used when you signed up or made your purchase.
- Follow the on-screen steps to submit your refund request.
Why you may not be eligible for a refund
Refunds aren’t available if:
You’ve already made purchases or used exclusive offers as part of your plan
More than 48 hours have passed since paying your membership fee
