When emailing, please include:
Your full name
Your registered email address or phone number
A short description of your query (and screenshots if relevant)
This helps us locate your account faster and resolve your request quickly.
Support Hours
We’re available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK time).
Emails sent outside these hours will be answered as soon as we’re back online.
In-App Support
You can also reach us directly through the Winedrops app:
Tap the menu icon (top right of the app).
Select Help
Type your message and click send
Response Times
We aim to reply to all emails within 3-4 hours during business days.
During peak periods (e.g. major promotions or holiday seasons), responses may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
