How to Reach the Winedrops Support Team


Need help? Our Customer Care Team is here to assist you with anything, from delivery updates to membership questions.


Email Support

You can reach us anytime at help@winedrops.co.uk


When emailing, please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your registered email address or phone number

  • A short description of your query (and screenshots if relevant)

This helps us locate your account faster and resolve your request quickly.


Support Hours

We’re available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK time).


Emails sent outside these hours will be answered as soon as we’re back online.


In-App Support

You can also reach us directly through the Winedrops app:

  1. Tap the menu icon (top right of the app).

  2. Select Help

  3. Type your message and click send


Response Times


We aim to reply to all emails within 3-4 hours during business days.


During peak periods (e.g. major promotions or holiday seasons), responses may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
