Reporting a Problem
If you’ve experienced an issue with your order, the app, or your membership, please contact us directly so we can put it right.

When reporting a problem, please include:
Your full name and email address (used on your Winedrops account)
Your order ID (if relevant)
A brief description of the issue
Any photos or screenshots that help explain what happened
This allows us to resolve the matter quickly and accurately.
How We Use Your Feedback
Every piece of feedback - whether it’s a quick comment, a product review, or a support request is reviewed by our team.
Here’s how it helps us improve:
Wines: We track which wines are loved (or not!) and use that insight to guide future Drops.
App Experience: We analyse reported issues and feature requests to refine the Winedrops app.
Customer Care: Feedback on support helps us train our team and improve response times. We also send a short Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey through Freshdesk after your interaction, so you can rate your experience and share how we did.
Your input genuinely shapes the Winedrops experience. So, whether it’s praise or a suggestion, we’re always listening.
