At Winedrops, we work hard to make sure your wine arrives safely and on time.
All deliveries are handled by DHL, one of the UK’s most trusted couriers for fragile items like wine.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery usually takes 1-2 business days once your Case has been dispatched.
Orders dispatched on Friday and weekends are normally delivered on Monday, as DHL does not deliver to most areas over the weekend.
You’ll receive an email notification with your tracking link as soon as your case has been received by the courier.
Tip: You can track your parcel or manage delivery preferences directly through the DHL app - including setting a “leave with neighbour”, “safe place” option or collect form your preferred ServicePoint
Couriers
We currently ship all orders through DHL Express.
Each parcel is fully insured while in transit and handled using specialist wine-safe packaging to protect your bottles.
If DHL is unable to complete delivery on the first attempt, they will leave a card or send you an SMS/email with re-delivery or collection options.
Missed Deliveries
If you missed your delivery:
Check your DHL tracking link for re-delivery options.
You can choose to collect your parcel from a DHL ServicePoint or schedule a new delivery day.

Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout the UK Mainland.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands, and remote areas may take slightly longer and could be subject to additional transit time.
