Your order goes through 3 main stages:
1. Waiting to be packed at our warehouse
2. Collected by our courier, DHL
3. On its way from the courier depot to your address
If you recently dispatched your order, it will be at Stage 1 - 'waiting to be packed at our warehouse'. At this point, there will be no tracking information.
Once it's been packed and collected, you will be notified via an email from DHL.. At this point, you'll be able to track your order in 3 ways:
1. On the Winedrops app
Tap Cellar/Orders on the bottom right, then 'Track Order' on any of the wines you're expecting. Tap to expand the correct order and tap the gold button at the bottom of the list 'Track Order'.
2. On the DHL web app: https://app.dhlecommerce.co.uk/
You'll be asked to create an account and confirm the details of your shipment. From here, you can also add & update delivery instructions, specify safe places, and reschedule deliveries.
3. On your email
Find the email from notifications@dhlecommerce.co.uk (subject line "We have your parcel from Winedrops") and tap the big red button ('Track & divert my parcel')
Delivery Times
Standard delivery usually takes 1-2 business days once your Case has been dispatched.
Orders dispatched on Friday and weekends are normally delivered on Monday, as DHL does not deliver to most areas over the weekend.
You’ll receive an email notification with your tracking link as soon as your case has been received by the courier.
Tip: You can track your parcel or manage delivery preferences directly through the DHL app - including setting a “leave with neighbour”, “safe place” option or collect form your preferred ServicePoint

If your delivery hasn’t arrived within 3 working days of dispatch:
Double-check your tracking link (found in your email or app)
Submit a ticket via https://help.winedrops.com/support/tickets/new and we'll jump on it right away
