What is your cellar

Your Cellar is your personal record of all wines that have already been shipped or delivered.
It’s where you can view your past orders, track deliveries in progress, and repurchase bottles you’ve previously enjoyed (if they’re still available).

What You’ll Find in Your Cellar

• Order history – See every wine you’ve received from Winedrops, including details of each shipment.

• Delivery tracking – Follow your current deliveries in real time and view your tracking link directly in the app.

• Repurchase options – If a wine is still in stock, you can easily buy it again straight from your Cellar.

How to Access Your Cellar

1. Open the Winedrops app

2. Tap ‘Cellar’ from the bottom menu

3. View all your previous orders and current delivery progress

Why It’s Useful

Your Cellar helps you:

• Keep track of every wine you’ve received

• Reorder favourites in just one tap

• Check whether a delivery is on its way or already delivered

Notes

• Only completed orders appear in your Cellar (wines that have already been dispatched).

• Wines you’ve purchased but not yet received are stored in your Case, which will automatically dispatch once it reaches 6 bottles.
