How to place an order


Ordering wine from Winedrops is simple. You can browse daily drops, choose from the app shop, or repurchase your previous orders.


How to Order

  1. Open the Winedrops app.

  2. Browse the Drop or explore wines in your Shop tab.

  3. Tap on a bottle to view details and pricing.

  4. Set your preferred quantity and tap the 'BUY' button

  5. Once you have reached your delivery threshold, your case will be automaticallty triggered for dispatch and delivery fee will be applied.


When You’re Charged

You are charged for the bottle as soon as you tap “Buy.” This ensures your wine is reserved instantly.

Why We Do This?
Our stock sells out fast. If we used a traditional “basket” checkout like other retailers, your chosen wines could sell out before you have a chance to pay.
That’s why Winedrops secures your bottle the moment you hit Buy.

If you make a mistake or buy something accidentally, contact help@winedrops.co.uk as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund those purchases before they’re dispatched.


Order Confirmation

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is complete and payment has been processed.
You can view your order details anytime under 'Case' in the app.


Order Modifications

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified in the app.
If you need to change an address or cancel a dispatch before it ships, please contact help@winedrops.co.uk as soon as possible.
