Your Case is where all your purchased wines are stored. Each time you hit ‘Buy’, the wine is added directly to your Case and reserved for you.
When your Case reaches 6 bottles, we’ll automatically dispatch it to your delivery address.
How It Works
Add wines as you buy – Each bottle goes straight into your Case.
Automatic delivery at 6 bottles – Once you reach 6, your Case is automatically sent out.
Build a bigger Case if you prefer – Want to save on delivery? You can increase your Case size in the app.
Tap ‘Case’, then select a new size from the ‘Case will dispatch at:’ dropdown.
Mixed Cases
You can mix any red, white, sparkling, or rosé wines - there’s no restriction on type or region. Your selection will be automatically added to your case.
Delivery Fees
Delivery starts at £6.99 for 6 bottles, plus £0.50 per additional bottle.
You’ll see the total delivery cost at checkout before confirming.
Tip: You can track and manage your delivery through DHL’s Web App: https://app.dhlecommerce.co.uk/
This allows you to check your estimated delivery time and update instructions if needed.
Case vs Cellar
Your Case holds wines you’ve purchased but not yet dispatched
Your Cellar shows wines that have already been dispatched or delivered
How to dispatch your wines
You don't have to wait until you reach 6 bottles. You can send your wine off at any time by tapping 'Send my case now' button from the 'Case/Basket' tab on the bottom.
