If you’re having trouble logging in or accessing your Winedrops account, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Update or Reinstall the App
Update your app to the latest version by visiting: https://onelink.to/winedrops
Tap into the app page on the app store, then select ‘Update’.
If the issue persists, delete the app and reinstall it from the same link above.
Step 2: Sign In Properly
Open the app and tap ‘SIGN IN’, then select “Already have an account” - this step is really important.
Check how you originally signed up:
- Apple ID or Google: Tap the corresponding button on the login page. You’ll receive a login code via email. If it doesn’t appear, check your spam or junk folder.
- Email/Phone: Enter the email or phone number you registered with.
Step 3: Clear Cache (if applicable)
If the app is lagging or showing old data, log out and back in. This refreshes your account data and clears cached content.
Step 4: Check Your Connection
Ensure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data, as some screens may not load properly on weak or unstable connections.
Step 5: Still Having Trouble?
