Refund policy for membership fees
At Casedrops, we offer a 48-hour grace period from the moment your membership fee is charged. If you request a refund within this 48-hour window, you are fully eligible for a no-questions-asked refund, issued as store credit.
How it works:
You have 48 hours from the time you were billed to request a refund.
Store credit is issued automatically with no questions asked.
Store credit is added to your account instantly and can be used on any purchase before the end of your current billing period.
After 48 hours, refunds are not available, but you'll retain access until the end of your paid billing period. This ensures fairness to all members and transparency around activation.
How to request a refund
To request a membership refund (within 48 hours of being charged):
Log in using the same email address or phone number you used when you signed up or made your purchase.
Follow the on-screen steps to submit your refund request.
Why you may not be eligible for a refund
Refunds aren't available if:
You've already made purchases or used exclusive offers as part of your plan
More than 48 hours have passed since paying your membership fee
Please note: store credit issued as a refund expires at the end of your current billing period if unused.
